I have never dined-in, but we always order takeout for lunch, and it has never disappointed.. food is always delicious!

Viva Restaurant relocated from FM 1960 temporarily. The food was amazing! Loved the eggrolls, fried rice, orange chicken, and Hunan chicken. The owner was very attentive and the waitress very helpful. Everyone should try it! (So hungry that I forgot to take photos.)

Greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Came in for Lunch on a Friday. Fairly busy but service was quick. Seated us right away. Large menu with plenty of options. Food came out within 10 mins. Good food and loved the smooth jazz playing in the background 🎶 .. Highly recommended 👌🏽 👍🏽

Always great Vietnamese food. When I want food that is close to mom's cooking, I go here. Also, Viva is our default catering restaurant too.
